Base Station Router (BSR): Incorporates NodeB, RNC, SGSN and GGSN into single network element BSR Signaling Gateway (BSG): Carries signaling between BSR and existing core network elements
LVF “Brick” IPsec Router Gateway: Encrypts control and user plane between BSR and the core network
BSR Voice Gateway (BVG): Manages CS Voice RTP streams as UEs move between BSRs
BSR Packet Gateway (BPG): Manages PS sessions using GTP as UEs move between BSRs
Home Agent (HA): Manages PS sessions using MIP as UEs move between BSRs
IuCS Protocol Converter (IPC): Converts between IP based IuCS and ATM based IuCS interfaces
